Messages here are read by students. Keep out account numbers, identity documents, and anything you would not want a student volunteer to read. We do not need any of it to answer a question.
If money has gone missing or you are in urgent trouble over a transfer, do not wait on a reply from us. Contact your provider first, and then the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, who take complaints about money transfers and can act on them. We are a student research lab, run by RemitBridge Labs, a Washington nonprofit corporation, and cannot recover money or intervene with a company.
